Correspondence Box
Pear wood and Honduras Manhogany
13W x 10D x 3H

This box could be described as the equivalent of today's notebook computer -- Thomas Jefferson had one (a different design) that he took with him on his travels for writing and correspondence. The contents are neatly organized with a place for everything -- pens, stamps, envelopes, stationery, and letters received. And a lock just in case.
